Organic Apple Cider Vinegar vs Indigestion/Acid Reflux/GERD/Heartburn

Cold-Pressed Apple Cider Vinegar (Organic)

For anyone reading this who suffers from acid reflux, indigestion, GERD and heartburn, I've found something that has 98% stopped mine (I say 98% as sometimes a food I consume might just give me a little kick).

Last year I went through a bad phase of experiencing really bad indigestion daily, mainly at night, but often in the day too. No amount of indigestion solutions bought over the counter or prescribed from the GP helped long-term. Maybe at best, several days.

But I now take two tea spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar in a 500ml bottle of water and sip it throughout my day, and then keep it by my bed at night. Within a week of doing this I no longer had that god-awful searing rising up from my throat. 

So you'd be right to say I'm a convert. Plus, I'm no longer taking tablets daily - at all, which has made me so very happy. So, like all things beneficial to good health and well being, I decided to share this information with you dear folks of the blogoverse.

The images I've included are of the Apple Cider Vinegar I take daily, and it is an organic, cold-pressed variety, which includes something termed as 'the mother', which I'm guessing is the best part of the apple. I've also shared a link to a site with info on the stuff. I seriously urge anyone who is miserable with acid reflux, etc - just copy and paste into your browser to go read it.
