Below is a presentation by Captain Charles Moore on the 'sea of plastic'. It is a shocking realisation of how we continue to slowly destroy our oceans, the life within it and possibly, even ourselves. I urge anyone with a conscience and interest in our environment to watch this, then spread the word. Out of sight, out of mind - this no longer should be the way of thinking.

As a follow up to the previous posting on the fate of the albatross of Midway islands, here is a video taken from the 'TED: Ideas worth spreading' site, which you can go to by clicking >HERE<. I highly recommend visiting this site as it is packed with a wealth of ideas, discussions and topics, something for everyone.
